A Special Notice : Outage to Emergency Procedures Additional Comments: PJM will be performing a system maintenance on Emergency Procedures today, 05/13, from 0930 hours to 1200 hours EPT. During this time, Emergency Procedures may be unavailable for up to 10 minutes. PJM Emergency Procedures events will be communicated, as normal, via PJM All-Call and/or direct operator-to-operator communications.
