A Special Notice : - Additional Comments: In accordance with PJM Manual 13 Section 3.5, PJM is directing companies with Dual Fuel CTs that are unable to procure gas and are oil fired as well as Primary fuel oil fired CTs with 32 hours or less of fuel oil inventory to update markets gateway and enter into max emergency. This is required to conserve fuel for expected peak conditions. The effective period for the increased hours of fuel limited resources - Oil Fired CTs begins January 25, 2026 Hour Ending 0100 through January 27, 2026 Hour ending 0100. Please contact the PJM Master Coordinator once Market Gateway has been updated and communicate any impacted schedule changes for the operating day of 1/25.
