A Special Notice : Request for 202(c) Emergency Use of Back-up Generators and Running Emissions Limited Generation Additional Comments: In accordance with PJM Manual 13: Emergency Operations revision 98 Attachment O, PJM has obtained a 202(c) order to permit the use of Emissions Limited Generation and Emergency Back-up Generation to allow Transmission Owners, Electric Distribution Companies, and Load Serving Entities to take necessary steps to coordinate with Large Loads in advance.
