Additional Comments: PJM has received DOE 202(c) No. 202-26-45 which pertains to the usage of identified Specified Resources and directives to operate backup generators at large loads. In an effort to provide additional clarity, PJM is sending this notice regarding the operational applicability for Specified Resources under the DOE order. PJM has identified a reliability need to utilize the Specified Resources identified in Exhibit A (Order No. 202-26-45 Resource List) for the 9/17 operating day.
